Our referral role and how we are paid

Last updated: October 2026

This disclosure explains what Amyac Tree Service does and how it may receive payment. It is a general template, not legal advice.

How your request reaches a provider

Amyac Tree Service offers referral and marketing services that connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We perform no tree services, including tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding and tree trimming.

A call to the number displayed on this website or a submitted form may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers serving your area.

Payments we may receive

Providers or marketing partners may pay Amyac Tree Service for calls, submitted forms or other referrals. Whether a call is answered and how long it lasts are examples of factors that may affect payment. We may receive payment even when you choose not to hire anyone.

Our compensation does not affect the price the provider charges you. The provider sets its prices, and you pay that business directly for work you agree to.

Who is responsible for the work

Each provider operates independently. Providers are not employees, agents or partners of Amyac Tree Service. Every provider has sole responsibility for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• Work quality, safety and timing
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves toward you

A connection through this service does not endorse the provider's work. Our payment arrangements mean the provider you reach may depend on which businesses participate in the network at that time.

Comparing options before choosing

There is no obligation to hire a provider referred through Amyac Tree Service. We encourage you to raise questions, check insurance, obtain a written quote and compare quotes from other providers before making your choice.

Tracking and recording of calls

Calls placed through the website may be tracked. Some may also be recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
