Accessing and using this website

Last updated: October 2026
Amyac Tree Service wants amyac.property to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement sets out how we approach website accessibility. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.
The standard we work toward
Our aim is a website that as many people as possible can use. We work toward Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines are a widely used standard for website accessibility.
How we support access
Our accessibility aims include:
- Clear headings with page content arranged in a logical order
- Text alternatives for images that convey meaning
- Readable text with suitable colour contrast
- Features that can be used with a keyboard alone
- Pages suited to phones, tablets and computers
- Plain wording that is easy to understand
- Clear labels for each form field
Areas that may need work
Parts of the site may not yet meet every part of these standards. We may have limited control over material supplied by others, including embedded tools. We review the website periodically and address issues we identify.
Getting help another way
If a website feature creates difficulty, other contact options remain available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or write to contact@amyac.property and we will do our part to help.
Tell us about a barrier
We welcome reports about accessibility problems. Send a message to contact@amyac.property that describes:
- Which page or feature caused difficulty
- What happened compared with what you expected
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if known
We will review your feedback and aim to respond within a few business days.
Accessibility during updates
This work continues as the website changes. We will consider accessibility when making updates and continue improving how people can use the site.
