How to make a complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Amyac Tree Service wants homeowners to receive fair and honest treatment when contacting the service. Please let us know when something goes wrong. This page describes how to report a concern and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Concerns you can raise
You may contact us about:
- Your experience reaching Amyac Tree Service by phone or another contact method
- Our handling of your personal information
- Website information that seems incorrect or unclear
- The behaviour of a provider you reached through our service
Problems involving tree work
Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with work at your property, it usually makes sense to contact the provider first. Keep a written record of the issue and your discussions.
Please tell us about the problem too. Provider feedback helps us support honest practices within the network. Repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Amyac Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on their behalf.
Details to send with your complaint
Write to contact@amyac.property with:
- Your name and contact details
- When you contacted us or the provider
- The number you used or the form you submitted, if remembered
- The provider's name, if available
- An explanation of the problem and the action you would like us to take
How we handle your message
We will confirm receipt by email, generally within a few business days. We will examine the circumstances and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.
Asking for another review
If our response leaves your concern unresolved, reply to request another review. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. A state or local licensing office may offer help with matters involving licensed contractors.
